Returns
Christmas presents: if items bought as a Christmas present need to be exchanged or refunded, you have until January 25th 2025 to do so, terms and conditions below apply
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may return it for a refund within 14 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in it's original branded packaging. Should this not be the case or the tags have been removed we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Please email us before you return with your reason for returning and for a return code. Return postage costs are the customers responsibility.
Damaged or faulty goods
We will refund the full purchase price including post and packaging of an item that is delivered damaged or in a faulty way or which develops a fault within 2 weeks from delivery (other than normal wear and tear, failure to follow instructions or misuse). We reserve the right to refuse a refund/replacement item and to recover the cost of the returns delivery from you if the product is found to have suffered damage after delivery or if problem is from normal wear and tear or instructions have been unfollowed.This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed , and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 21 days. Post and packaging non refundable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order prior to dispatch or order completion If your account dashboard says your order is complete, you will not be able to cancel your order anymore.
Force Majeure
We accept no liability for delays or failures in delivery or performance resulting from force majeure,including but not limited to war,demands or requests of Government authorities ,strikes,shortages of labour, fuel,power,raw materials, late or defective or non performance of suppliers, transportation disruptions, inability to ship or other causes beyond our reasonable control.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Rebel Rebel Alternative Apparel, Unit 3, Sprangers Yard, Crow Street, Dublin, D02 TN34, Ireland
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If an order has a missed delivery and is not collected in the time allowed from your local sorting office, it will be returned to Rebel Rebel Alternative Apparel, the onus is then on the customer to repay for postage to have it resent
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €10, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
